I am so very proud of this movie made by my wonderful family.  I’ve been thinking about the Under Armour What’s Beautiful Campaign that I am participating in.  My goal for that campaign is to climb Sugar Loaf Mountain in central Florida on my bike.  I have been training and documenting my progress (more or less) on my campaign page.

The training part of it is going well.  But my goal has  a second part which is to conquer Sugar Loaf, on my way to IronMan Florida while still being the best mom I can be; I added that to make sure I wouldn’t lose sight of what is really important in this journey.  So when my kids said “Mami, can we make a pirate movie” I jumped on the chance to put these goals together and this movie came to be.  The boys chose the song, some of the skits and locations, and I am using my Under Armour clothes that I received as part of this campaign.  The whole thing was filmed in one day on my IPhone and edited in one really long night on IMovie.  I am not a professional videographer or editor – in fact, I am still learning how to use this software but we had a blast doing this project.

What’s Beautiful is sometimes putting your training on the side for a day to indulge your children in something fun.  I hope you enjoy the video as much as we enjoyed making it!
