It’s Been Awfully Quiet Around Here

But it’s not because I have been sitting around doing nothing. In fact, there is so much going on that I can’t find the time to update the blog!  So here, in pictures, is what I’ve been up to and what is to come:

I am excited to be working with Oriana Bafunno, my rock star designer/triathlete friend on a new and improved website.  If you don’t know her yet, you can read here.  That process is taking considerable amount of time but it will be worth it.

I have been writing posts for www.treadmill.com.  You can read them herehere and here.

I have been training and focusing on getting faster on the bike and run. I have also been practicing how to ride in a pace line getting ready for the GEICO Road Safety Tour in April where I will ride 400 miles raising awareness about unsafe driving practices.  You can read about that here.

But I also need long workouts so today, I rode 100 miles to raise funds to end Diabetes at the Tour de Cure.

I do have a job, one that although little … pays me something and I do have to go there everyday. At least I get to play with Mikey there!

And last but best of all, I have my family. My boys are super active with school, sports and homework. My parents and one sister live within a mile from me, and during February all our family that lives in the North comes and spends some time with us here in Florida…. I wonder why?

And so the hours turn into days, the days into a week and the blog gets outdated.  I am sorry my dear readers … I will be able to catch my breath and catch up on the blog shortly, so have patience and in the meantime you can always enjoy past stories filed under the different tabs on the Main Menu. Enjoy!
